Our technical assistance is designed to be practical and time-bound.
We typically work through a simple process:

1. Understand your starting point

You'll start by taking our Organizational Self-Assessment, then we'll hop on a discovery call to begin understanding the work that you do, how you fulfill your purpose, and where you can be supported so that your attention is on impact in your community.

2. Define a focused priority

Together, we identify one area where support will make the biggest difference right now. We'll co-create a scope of work outlining your project and processes!

3. Build and implement

We work alongside your team to create tools, systems, or plans that you can use immediately. Depending on the priority, this may include workshops, working sessions, or one-on-one coaching.

4. Strengthen for what's next

We make sure the work can be carried forward by your team, not dependent on outside support. We believe in sustainability and designing for succession.
