2026 Leadership Gathering

Join us September 16 & 17 for two days designed to deepen connection, spark learning, and strengthen the good work happening across Central Appalachia. Co‑hosted by Brushy Fork Leadership Institute and the Berea College Appalachian Fund, the 2026 Leadership Gathering brings together leaders who care about place, people, and practical change.

This annual event creates space to listen with intention, learn alongside others, and build relationships that support real progress. Through interactive sessions and hands‑on learning, you’ll gain tools and insights you can put to work in your own community or organization.

The Brushy Fork Leadership Gathering brings leaders from across Central Appalachia together to learn, connect, and share ideas.

The Gathering includes workshops, discussions, and networking opportunities focused on leadership, community development, nonprofit management, and regional collaboration.
